The trial period is up to 30 days from the date the demo is received. Customers may demo up to two stools at one time. Customer is responsible for shipping & handling from Crown Seating to their office and for return shipping back to Crown. Crown sends stools unassembled. Customers requesting assembled stools will be charged for the extra labor and packaging required for assembly. Costs for the demo program are as follows:
• Continental US customers: $200.00 ($100.00 per stool each way).
• Canada, HI, AK, and Puerto Rico customers: $300.00 ($150.00 per stool each way).
• If the customer chooses to pick up the stool at the Crown facility, a $200 deposit is
required and will be credited when the stool is purchased.

The costs above will be charged to the credit card on file. At the end of 30 days the customer has the option to purchase the stool and receive credit for the return shipping or return the stool to Crown. Crown will work with the dealer on a special discount should the customer choose to:
1) Purchase the stool on demo, or
2) Purchase another stool within two weeks of returning the demo.
The customer is responsible for keeping the box and packaging materials. Customer shall be liable for all damage to returned demo stools. A return label will be included.
If a stool is not returned in 30 days, the customer will be charged full retail by Crown Seating or
the Authorized dealer. (i.e., Henry Schein, Patterson, Benco, Burkhart.)
Demo stools will be upholstered in black vinyl, and all saddle stools will come with serene gel foam. Exceptions may be made `at the discretion of Crown Seating.
If the customer likes the stool model, but wants the stool in a different color, fabric or with added upgrades, customer should contact their dealer of choice and have them place an order with Crown Seating.
