We recognize that ergonomic needs vary greatly from one individual to another, and
because of this, one size simply does not fit all. To ensure every customer is matched
with the perfect seating solution, we offer our 30 day demo program. This allows you to try any of our stool models in your own workspace and experience the fit, comfort, and support firsthand before making a final decision.
Crown Seating Demo Program Terms
The trial period lasts up to 30 days from the date the demo stool is received. Customers may demo up to two stools at a time to ensure proper ergonomic fit
Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges from Crown Seating to their office and for return shipping back to Crown.
- Crown Seating ships demo stools unassembled.
- Customers requesting assembled stools will be charged an additional fee to cover labor and specialized packaging.
End of Trial Options
At the end of the 30 day trial period, the customer may choose to:
1. Purchase the stool, in which case they will receive credit for the return shipping,
OR
2. Return the stool to Crown Seating at their own shipping expense.
Dealer Discount Eligibility
Crown Seating will work with the dealer to provide a special discount if the customer
chooses to either purchase the stool, or purchase a different stool within two
weeks of returning the demo unit.
In most cases, Demo stools are upholstered in black vinyl. Exceptions may be made
solely at the discretion of Crown Seating.
C20D & C20A - Crestone stools are not eligible for the DEMO Program.
