Shaina DiMariano Immediately, I felt taller and I could see so much more, while sitting in this chair. It's already made a difference for my body over the past 2 weeks. I really like the support of the wide seat. I am 5'4" and it is almost too tall, even on its lowest level, so consider one for short height if you are shorter than me. I like that the stool is supportive but I would prefer a tad more cushioning for comfort. Excellent quality and very simple to put together. I would purchase again.
